Terms & Conditions — ZonalHub (VK Courier & Logistics)
Welcome to ZonalHub — the logistics & fulfilment service operated by VK Courier & Logistics (“we”, “us”, “ZonalHub”). By using our website, platform, or courier services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Covered
ZonalHub provides: same-day / next-day parcel delivery, B2C & B2B fulfilment, warehouse services, API/dashboard based shipment management, COD collection & remittance, and returns / reverse logistics.
2. Account & Data
- Users must provide accurate details for account setup and shipping labels. Incorrect details may cause delivery failure and additional charges.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or misuse of services.
- All customer data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. You must ensure you have the right to share recipient data with us.
3. Shipping, Delivery & SLAs
We exercise reasonable care in handling shipments. Delivery timelines (e.g., same-day/next-day) are indicative and depend on the destination pincode, cut-off times, courier partner availability and other operational factors.
4. Shipper Responsibilities
- Package goods securely. Poor packaging that causes damage may limit or void claims.
- Provide accurate recipient name, address, PIN code, and phone number.
- Declare value for high-value items and purchase additional insurance if needed.
5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Do NOT ship: illegal goods, explosives, hazardous chemicals, stolen or counterfeit goods, unapproved medicines, or items prohibited by law. High-value goods (default > ₹50,000) require written consent and declared insurance.
6. COD (Cash on Delivery)
- COD amounts collected are remitted to sellers per the agreed settlement cycle (normally 2–5 business days post delivery).
- ZonalHub is not liable for receiver-side disputes about payment after delivery unless proof shows our staff accepted counterfeit currency or wilful tampering.
- Digital confirmation (WhatsApp / OTP) workflows where used reduce fake COD orders — such workflows are optional and governed by their own terms.
7. Returns & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or no response, the parcel will be processed as RTO. Return charges are applied as per our price list and may equal forward charges. ZonalHub will not be liable for delays in RTO caused by recipient non-response or customs/third-party processes.
8. Pricing, Billing & Payment
Pricing depends on weight/volumetric weight, distance, service type and value add services. Prices may change; active contracts or written quotes remain valid for their specified period. Payment is via digital modes; credit terms are available under separate service agreements.
9. Partner Couriers & Sub-contracting
We use partner couriers and local last-mile agents. While we maintain quality controls and tracking, liability for partner performance may be limited by their policies. ZonalHub will assist with claims and escalations as coordinator.
10. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, ZonalHub’s total liability for any single shipment shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the declared insured value for that shipment (whichever is lower). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits).
11. Claims & Disputes
- File claims for loss or damage within 72 hours of delivery or RTO update via our claims portal / support email.
- Required claim documents: invoice, photos of damaged packaging, product photos, and any supporting proof (unboxing video when available).
- Late claims or incomplete documentation may be rejected.
12. Insurance & Declared Value
Declared value is not the same as insurance. For high-value shipments, purchase additional insurance or agree a value declaration in writing. Standard service includes limited liability as defined above.
13. Force Majeure
ZonalHub is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, courier network outages, etc.).
14. Communication & Marketing
By using our services, you consent to receive transactional messages and service alerts via SMS, email and WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent; you can opt out anytime using the provided channels.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, marks (including “ZonalHub”) and site materials are owned by VK Courier & Logistics. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
16. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the collection, use and storage of personal data. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing customer data with ZonalHub.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
