- Account Information: Business name, contact person, email, phone, GST number etc. during registration.
- Shipment Data: Receiver name, address, phone number, order ID, product SKU, weight, COD amount etc.
- Payment Information: Bank details for COD remittance or billing purposes (secured via encryption).
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information and analytics cookies to improve service experience.
3. How We Use the Information
- To create and manage your ZonalHub account.
- To process, deliver and track shipments.
- To send WhatsApp / SMS updates for shipment status or COD confirmation.
- To generate invoices, settlements, and financial reports.
- To improve service quality, route optimisation and performance analytics.
- To comply with government, tax or legal obligations when required.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- We share limited data with courier partners, delivery agents, and payment gateways only for shipment execution.
- We do not sell your personal or business data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
- Analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WhatsApp API) may collect anonymised behavioural data to improve site performance.
5. Data Security

Shipment and account data are retained for as long as your account is active or as required by logistics laws (usually 12–36 months). After this, information is anonymised or securely deleted.
